Here at Lynn and Company we believe there is more to a beauty shop than just doing hair. Lynn and Company is a family. Whether you need just a cut and color or you're celebrating a special event. we are always here for our clients. We truly enjoy taking the time to get to know you and what you want out of your experience with us. At the end of the day, our goal as a salon is for you to walk out of our doors happy, relaxed, and feeling as beautiful on the outside as we know you are on the inside.

Lynn
Lynn has been in the salon industry for 40 years. She graduated from MATC with a degree in cosmetology. Lynn continues to pursue an education in the industry. In addition to her degree from MATC, she has studied at the Wella Salon in Italy, in Las Vegas, Chicago, and in New York. After 10 years in the business, Lynn branched out and began her professional career as a hair and make up artist for television, print, and film. Her first break came from doing hair and makeup for all the guests on WISN-TV/ABC 12’s local talk show “Milwaukee’s Talking”.
Since then, Lynn has continued working closely with Wisn 12's talent including kathy Mykleby, Upfront with Mike Gousha, Dan Needles, Kent Wainscott, and many other reporters. Lynn has done freelance makeup and hair on location for many other local and national celebrities, business owners, politicians, and more. Some of the highlights include: Dorris Burke and Espn, Good Morning America, Summerfest talent, Cokie Roberts, George Stephanopoulos, and ABC Primetime Live talent, National Media News,Paul Molitor and other Major League Baseball stars, CBS 58, the Wisconsin Lottery Show, the Mark Belling show, Harley Davidson print, Brett Favre, Donald Driver and other Green Bay Packers, various local telethons, and even our president Barack Obama! She is married with two children and two grandchildren. Lynn always dreamed of owning her own salon, but she never thought it would happen. In 1998, her passion, dedication, and hard work paid off and her dream became a reality. She is the proud owner of Lynn and Company. In Lynn’s own words: “I work with the best staff, and have the best clients. I couldn’t have done it this long without all of you. I am blessed with the direction of my business and my life journey with you and my wonderful family. Thank you for your support!”
Crystal has been in the industry since 2002, and with Lynn & Company since September of 2015. She loves connecting with people of all ages and feels that you have as much to offer her as she has to offer you. In her spare time crystal enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She has a son who is almost 8 years old. She also enjoys kayaking, fishing, gardening, and camping. Crystal also has a passion for helping people. She volunteers at events that donate hair to people with cancer, and she also helps people who are less fortunate by doing their hair and helping them to look their best.
Crystal
karen has been a stylist for 42 years, and has spent the last 19 years at Lynn and Company. She loves working with people, and she loves the wonderful clients she has. Karen is always furthering her education as a stylist. She specializes in working with hair pieces. She has been married for almost 40 years, and loves spending time with her family. She also is the director of the adult group of an ethnic german club.

Haley
Haley has been in the salon business for 15 years and she specializes in color. She loves doing highlighting, balayage, color melting, and corrective color. Haley also specializes in thick hair. She has thick hair so she personally knows what works best. Haley went to vici beauty school and takes continuing ed classes to keep up to date on the latest coloring trends. Haley likes to keep it simple and straight to the point. She feels this serves her well as a stylist because she's able to get straight to what makes you happy. Haley is married with two young children, and lives on a horse farm in Mequon.
Bonnie
Bonnie is the veteran at Lynn and Company. She has worked in the salon business for over 50 years, and has been with Lynn and Company for the last 20. Bonnie specializes in pedicures, and she loves getting to meet new people through her line of work. She has been married for 51 years, and has 3 children and 3 grandchildren. Her hobbies include traveling, good wine, and spending time with her family.
Violet
violet joined Lynn & company in October of 2023. she has been in the business since late 2021. she went to beauty school in the summer of 2020.violet loves doing fashion color like reds, purples, blues, and greens. she also loves doing highlights, dimensional highlights, and balayages and even a peek a boo. she wants to create a space to make people feel good about themselves with. she likes spending time with her family in her off time and visiting door county wehre her grandparents live.

Mel
Melanie is a national and state certified massage therapist, and a professional member of the American massage therapy association. Her techniques include range of motion and joint mobilization. Melanie also performs on site chair massages for corporate and special events. She received her education at lakeside school of massage therapy where she worked to perfect her skills through a variety of clinical experiences. Melanie's goal is to provide a therapeutic and satisfying massage to each client on an individual basis. Her hobbies include collecting miniature tea-sets, spending time with her family, and making fleece blankets.
sTEPH IS OUR NEWEST massage therapist to Lynn & companY. She joined our Lynn & company team in october of 2023.
